We are pleased to announce that Jim Puscas has joined Davalor Mold as Chief Executive Officer. Jim joins Davalor most recently from Stanley Black & Decker where, over a 10 – year period, he progressed through a variety of senior leadership roles. He started with Black & Decker’s Emhart Technologies’ fastener division as General Manager of the company’s North American Automotive Business. After Stanley’s acquisition of Black & Decker, Jim expanded his scope of responsibility to include non-automotive clients such as heavy truck, off-highway, and aerospace.
Prior to joining Black & Decker, Jim spent seven years with GE Plastics in commercial and market facing roles culminating as Commercial Director for GE’s $300 million Crystaline business. After GE, Jim joined American Specialty Cars as Vice President & General Manager of the General Motors account; and later, Cadence Innovation as Vice President, Commercial for General Motors. Jim started his career in manufacturing for companies now owned by Federal Mogul and TE Connectivity.
He brings to Davalor a blended skill set across manufacturing, commercial account management and sales, and a technical understanding of plastics applications, composition, performance, and production.
Jim earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Michigan State University.
