Brad Holden is a Founder of Holden Richardson —a boutique executive search firm founded in 2016. He has over 25 years of recruiting experience.

Prior to Holden Richardson, Brad founded North Line Partners, a boutique firm in 2010. Prior to North Line, Brad was with Heidrick & Struggles, where he served as Practice Leader, Global Automotive and as a Partner in the Global Industrial Practice from 2004 to 2010. For two years, he also served as the Managing Partner of the firm’s five Midwest offices. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Brad was the Office Managing Partner of TMP Worldwide, while also serving as Co-Leader of the Global Industrial Practice. Prior to TMP, Brad’s search experience included nearly 10 years with Korn/Ferry International, where he served as President of the Global Industrial and Energy Practices his last few years with the firm.

Prior to entering executive search in 1992, Brad served in both Illinois government and industry. He began his career in government. After serving as an Illinois Staff Assistant to U.S. Senator Charles H. Percy [R-IL], he first served the Director of the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, and later the Illinois Attorney General, as Chief of Staff. He later joined Container Corporation of America [CCA] as a Senior State Issues Manager, and FMC Corporation as a public affairs advisor to FMC's Chairman and CEO.

Brad attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for two years, before graduating from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Protective Association [JPA], a century-old child welfare organization, and was JPA’s recent past Board President. Brad and his wife Becky have three adult children and live in Chicago’s northern suburbs.

Alex Richardson is a Founding Partner at Holden Richardson —a boutique executive search firm established in 2016. The focus of the firm is to offer unparalleled service for our clients and candidates who are largely in the automotive and diversified manufacturing sectors. At Holden Richardson, our partners lead and are involved in all phases of the search process.

With 20 years of recruiting experience, Alex has served automotive and diversified manufacturing clients for both public and privately-held clients, including original equipment manufacturers, tier one and tier two parts suppliers, engineering service providers, as well as aftermarket manufacturers.

Alex has conducted assignments for chief executive officers, chief operating officers, divisional presidents and functional heads with a concentration in operations, supply chain management, engineering and commercial leadership roles.

Prior Alex was a partner at North Line Partners for four years and with Korn/Ferry International for 17 years where he served in the Automotive and Industrial practice groups.

Alex received a B.S. degree from Ohio University in 1995.

Alex and his wife Melissa have three children and live on the North side of Chicago.

Megan Feeney is a Principal at Holden Richardson —a boutique executive search firm founded in 2016. Prior to Holden Richardson, Megan was a Client Partner with North Line Partners—a boutique executive search firm founded in 2010.

Megan brings significant experience in executive search as well as corporate human resources and recruiting. Her recent roles include Director of Human Resources, U.S. for Xchanging, a global technology and business process services firm, Walgreens, where she led the executive search function, and Spencer Stuart, a global executive search firm.

At Spencer Stuart, Megan’s clients included private and public companies in the automotive, engineered manufacturing, chemicals, pulp and paper, and transportation industries. She focused primarily on retained executive search assignments for finance, operations, marketing and general management executives.

Earlier in her career, Megan led recruiting for Starcom, a media communications agency, and held various HR and recruiting positions with Motorola, across its automotive and radio communications sectors in both Chicago and Detroit.

Megan received her master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Danielle Sanzi is a Principal at Holden Richardson – a boutique executive search firm founded in 2016. She is a California native and graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in French Literature. Danielle received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law and is licensed in the State of California.

Danielle will focus her recruiting practice on supporting companies with legal, compliance, regulatory, and government/defense contract administration needs.

After earning her JD from the University of San Diego, Danielle became a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps. During her tenure as a Marine Officer and Judge Advocate, Danielle was a Prosecutor, Criminal Defense Counsel, Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and Disability Evaluation Attorney for wounded, ill and injured Marines and Sailors. Danielle currently holds the rank of Major in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.

Prior to joining Holden Richardson, Danielle was a Director of Tax Services at a boutique financial services firm.

Danielle lives in Chicago’s Western suburbs with her family.

Matthew Elliott is a Principal at Holden Richardson – A boutique executive search firm founded in 2016.  Prior to joining Holden Richardson, Mathew was a Managing Associate with Korn Ferry International – a large multinational executive search firm.

Matthew brings significant experience in executive and mid-level search, with a specialized focus on the sales and marketing functions.  He also has deep expertise in executive level digital transformation recruiting.  While at Korn Ferry, Matthew worked across a broad range of industries and sectors, though his work was primarily focused on the industrial, consumer, and technology industries.

Earlier in his career, Matthew was an Account Executive for Comcast Spotlight where he sold advertising opportunities to regional businesses in the greater Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas.

Matthew received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and currently resides in Chicago’s north side with his family.

Jennifer is Director of Operations / Business Manager for Alex Richardson at Holden Richardson —a boutique executive search firm founded in 2016. She is responsible for the functioning of the offices and for assuring that processes related to search execution run smoothly. She also provides marketplace intelligence, search execution support and candidate development for the founding partners and is a key liaison to clients and candidates. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in human capital management, recruitment, organizational development, cultural change, compensation and benefits and performance management.

Prior to Holden Richardson, Jennifer served as a Business Manager with North Line Partners, where she supported the Industrial and Automotive practice.

Jennifer was a Benefit Analyst with Mesirow Financial serving as a financial strategist. She helped clients across multiple industries better understand health care reform provisions to determine the impact on their businesses -- both financial and administrative -- and delivered proprietary benefit solutions for each client.

Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent 15 years in the banking industry, primarily in Human Resources. She was one of the original employees of North Shore Community Bank & Trust Company -- and during her tenure served as a trusted advisor to 6 different CEO’s, plus the Board of Directors.

Jennifer lives in Chicago’s Northern Suburbs with her son and her rescue dog Roxi.

Business Manager

Wanda Pacheco is a Business Manager with Holden Richardson responsible for supporting the Industrial and Automotive team in administrative operations and serving as a key liaison and partner to clients and candidates.

Prior to Holden Richardson, Wanda served as a Business Manager with North Line Partners. Wanda brings over 25 years of administration experience, having worked for several leading international search firms in various practice groups.

Wanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ITT Technical Institute.
